Pet Policy
Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment; we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Blue Heelers, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Great Pyrenees, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Bernese Mountain. We also cannot accommodate exotic pets, such as snakes, rabbits, pigs, ferrets, monkeys, venomous, or otherwise poisonous animals. The pet owner must also agree to uphold all the stipulations of the pet policy. The pet owner must obtain Management's approval before the pet is allowed.
Pet weight limit is 50 pounds and a maximum of 2 pets per apartment (NO EXCEPTION); a non-refundable pet fee of $100, and a non-refundable monthly pet fee of $30. Helper dogs for living assistance are accepted and are required to pay the pet fees.
The pet shall be appropriately vaccinated and licensed. A current copy of the vaccination record from a veterinarian must be filed with the leasing office for the duration of the pet's occupancy of the leased premises.
While outside dog or cat must be on a leash and kept under control, dogs or cats may not be let out to roam or tethered outside. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Tenant shall not have, keep, or allow others to bring upon the grounds, into the apartments, or common areas, any type of pet or animal for any reason or length of time, without proper approval and financial arrangements with the Management.
The responsibility and liability of the pet owner will include the behavior of pets and the repair of any damaged items or replacement where necessary. Treatment of the leased premises for fleas, ticks, and or pests, over and beyond the normal treatment provided for all pet owners, will be at the lessee's expense.
